Even when I was a little girl, I don't recall me having a vision of a large wedding.
Hi, my name is Tonya. I became a marriage commissioner and started a business in Newport News, VA for people that likes the beauty of a wedding but very private. I created a space for people to have a small, intimate ceremony. I grew up not wanting to be around large crowds. I also never desired to have a large wedding. I wouldn't say I'm an introvert because I feel comfortable mingling with other people. I just prefer my vows to be intimate with only a very few special people. Keep in mind, the ceremony could be displayed on zoom for other family members and friends to see.

A reception tip to help you save money.
Plan ahead to reserve a restaurant with a certain amount of guest. Be sure to include on the reception invitation, everyone is responsible for their own tab (Good idea hunh?).
Yes, you probably will have a few people that may say, wow, if they can't afford to marry, they shouldn't. Those people just may not understand the value of saving and putting money into a house or other investments. It's ok. It shouldn't take a lot of money for that one special day. It can be creative and still memorable. Do what works for you!
And guess what? You have extra money for your honeymoon without going into debt.
